The buffet breakfast next morning was fabulous and included in the room price.

Unfortunately, my experience was marred by significant wait times for both lifting and dining services. The restaurant appeared to be understaffed, leading to prolonged waits for food and drinks. It was incredibly frustrating to witness the struggle of the staff as they tried to manage the influx of guests, which made for a less than ideal dining experience.

I enjoyed a fantastic one-night stay in a spacious room with a well-appointed bathroom. The complimentary coffee and tea were a nice touch! For future guests, remember to request room cleaning at check-in. The proximity to the airport is invaluable, making transit stress-free.

had a great stay at holiday inn express, duesseldorf airport. it’s super close to the airport, just a short walk away. my room was spotless and well equipped. the staff were genuinely friendly, and the breakfast was excellent with plenty of options.

The room felt spacious and had a nice layout with soundproofing that truly worked. I couldn’t hear the airport at all. I appreciated the comfortable bed that really helped me rest well after my travels. Cleanliness was top-notch, so no complaints there. However, I faced some bumps during check-in because of slow service at the reception, which made for a frustrating start. Also, the breakfast options were limited. I expected more choices and better variety. Plus, the bar didn’t offer enough snack options for a light meal, and I found it directly related to a lack of nearby alternatives. It was troublesome during late hours. Staff were friendly, but there were moments of confusion regarding the shuttle. I had to call a taxi instead. It would be great if they could streamline that process.

The Standard Twin Room was spacious and designed really well. The soundproofing is on point. I couldn’t hear a thing even though it’s near the airport. The bed was super comfortable, definitely helped me get a good night's rest. There’s plenty of room for luggage too, which was a plus. Just a heads up, the room didn’t have a kettle for coffee, which I missed.
